1. About the Service

Plotion lets you turn a chart image into numeric data: you calibrate the axes, mark data points, and export the result as CSV, JSON, or XLSX. The chart image never leaves your browser.

2. Invite-Only Access

Registration currently requires a valid, unused invite code issued by an administrator. Invite codes are single-use and may expire.

3. Your Account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Your Content

The chart images you upload and the data you extract are yours. Because they're processed entirely client-side, we never receive or store them on our servers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to abuse the service: no attempts to bypass invite-code gating, scrape the app, or interfere with other users' access.

6. Plans & Pricing

Plotion offers multiple plans. Pricing, availability, and features may change as the product evolves; the pricing section on our site may be hidden while a plan is not yet generally available.

7. Intellectual Property

The Plotion application, branding, and website content are owned by us. Extracted datasets and uploaded images remain yours.

8. Disclaimer

Plotion is provided "as is". Digitized values include a computed margin of error, but we make no guarantee of scientific or clinical accuracy for any downstream use.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to our place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
